Position Summary:
The Director of Community Partnerships and Engagement drives lead generation and enrollment through strategic community partnerships and marketing efforts. This role requires building strong relationships with employers, community organizations, and prospective students to achieve enrollment and revenue goals. The Director will leverage college resources and represent Bryant & Stratton College at community events to enhance brand awareness and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute strategies for generating leads and driving degree and non-degree program enrollment.
+ Build and nurture relationships with employers, community organizations, and prospective students to support the college’s growth objectives.
+ Represent the college at community events and functions to promote programs and services.
+ Conduct sales calls and follow-ups with prospective students to meet enrollment targets.
+ Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office to manage leads and conducts multimedia presentations.
+ Collaborate with the continuing education division to create programming that aligns with community and business needs.
+ Identify and pursue external funding opportunities, including grants and sponsorships, to support college initiatives.
+ Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and achieve business goals.
+ Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality service to stakeholders.
+ Lead public relations activities to increase community awareness and enhance the college’s brand.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
+ Proven track record in sales, marketing, or community relations, preferably in an educational setting.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
+ Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to gain trust with diverse stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and conducting multimedia presentations.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Experience in analyzing financial data and creating budgets is a plus.
+ Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for community events and programs.
Salary Range is $70,000 - $72.000
Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. The selected candidate’s actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.
