Director of Construction – Residential Construction  

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee multiple residential projects from start to finish.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and superintendents.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field preferred- not required 
• Strong track record in residential construction leadership.
• Proficient in construction software - Procore, Buildertrend
