Position Overview
As the Director of Engineering & Construction, you will lead large-scale initiatives, manage project teams, and oversee critical infrastructure improvements
This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee large-scale engineering and construction initiatives
Manage project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to completion
Coordinate with various stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Oversee environmental compliance and remediation efforts
Ensure projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality standards
Develop and implement best practices for project management and engineering processes
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical)
New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) license
8+ years of project management experience in engineering and construction
Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations (NJDEP, EPA, NJDCA, PEOSH)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CAD and Bluebeam; knowledge of REVIT is a plus
Ability to establish New Jersey residency within one year of employment

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
