Proven track record of securing corporate partnerships, managing special events, and engaging volunteers.

Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) trends and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior leadership.

Experience in managing a team and developing staff.
