A bit about us:
Our company operates eight manufacturing facilities that offer a diverse range of prefabricated concrete systems for structures. Serving a delivery area that covers more than two-thirds of the U.S., we have built a strong reputation for superior quality. We actively collaborate with academia, design-assist partners, and others in the construction industry to research and develop innovative prefabricated products and finishes for the built environment. This approach gives designers more creative freedom through a resilient product, provides owners with cost certainty through lower life-cycle costs, and allows builders to benefit from an accelerated project schedule with cleaner, safer jobsites. Our award-winning projects are a testament to this commitment.
We invite you to visit any of our eight facilities and meet the skilled artisans who bring our products to life. There, you'll witness firsthand our dedication to protecting the environment, supporting the community, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees. Our high standards for safety, service, and business ethics, combined with our quality products, position us as a leader in the architectural and structural precast industry.
Why join us?
Our capabilities go far beyond those of an ordinary precast producer. We are widely recognized for our design-assist collaboration on numerous projects. Our team engages stakeholders early in the design phase to find creative and efficient solutions that minimize costs, streamline schedules, and, most importantly, deliver high-quality precast concrete systems tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
With over 70 BIM technicians trained in Revit Structure, we model all projects in BIM, enabling our precast designers and detailers to make design adjustments more easily and efficiently—a necessity in today’s fast-paced world of design and construction. BIM has significantly enhanced the design-assist process by improving the flow and sharing of information across a consistent platform, allowing team members to incorporate these models into the construction documents seamlessly.
We offer a complete range of in-house pre-construction services, with estimators experienced in creating detailed estimates using visual tools like Bluebeam, offering value engineering options, and proposing potential connection concepts. As projects transition from estimate to award, full-time project managers with exceptional technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to foster collaboration are assigned to your project. They work closely with the project team from start to finish, ensuring positive project outcomes.
We are committed to the research and development of new product lines and engineering advancements that enhance the versatility and resilience of precast systems, providing the design community with a wide range of options to explore innovative solutions that benefit the end user.
