Director of Engineering - Horizon Hospitality

We are seeking a talented hospitality Director of Engineering for a successful multi-faceted business located in San Benito County, CA. This family owned business is rich in history as it has been in business for over 100 years and offers a unique mix of F&B, retail, and lodging. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced facilities/maintenance professional in the hospitality industry looking to join a thriving and growing company.

Compensation: $110,000-$130,000/yr (Commensurate with Experience), health benefits, PTO, and more!

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of Director level engineering and facilities management
2. Experience working in a hotel/resort setting
3. Strong leadership and team building skills
4. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
