Job Title: Director of Facilities

Under the direction of the Director of Strategy, Facilities & Public Safety, the Director of Facilities is a highly skilled leader responsible for overseeing our facilities department in Chicago and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of facilities, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance and improvement plans.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services.
• Lead a team of facilities staff, providing training and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in budgeting and project management.
