The Controller at a Coral Gables law firm will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
This role involves supervising a team, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance to support the firm's strategic goals.
Strong leadership and financial expertise are essential.
Seeking an experienced Controller to manage financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial reporting and equity partner meetings
- Managing relationships with banks and wire transfers
- Developing projections and calculations
- Conducting monthly reconciliations
- Supervising 2 billing managers and 1 AP staff member
- Assisting with AP as needed
- Working with billable hours and TABS3 software
Requirements:
- Law firm experience
- Proficiency in financial management
- Strong leadership skills
