About the Job
The main focus of this role will be on FP&A, Operations, M&A, and overall company strategy as this person will oversee the existing accounting staff that handles AP, AR, GL accounting, and all the month end close accounting duties. We need someone that has worked for a company in the 20 to 50 million range and desires to be very hands on with budgeting, forecasting, compliance, treasury, and other FP&A and M&A related duties. There will be extensive interaction with the leaders of the company and the private equity team both from a finance and business strategy viewpoint.

Base salary is in the 140k to 160k range plus a bonus and a host of other benefits and perks. - the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
