We are looking for a reliable HR Director who will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our Human Resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Your strategic vision, strong leadership, and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders will contribute to the efficiency and success of our HR Operations.
Responsibilities:Major Responsibilities Include
· Implement a human resource strategy so that the company attracts, retains, and develops the employees it needs to achieve current and future business objectives.
· Lead operations teams in recruiting, labor relations, training and development.
· Managing employee relations.
· Support Corporate management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decision making.
· Lead the corporate safety initative.
· Support Corporate initiatives to drive the company’s mission of motivating its workforce and enhancing the Company’s reputation in the local communities in which we operate.
· Support compliance with company’s policies and procedures, including its Code of Conduct, and with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new policies
and legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions.

Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree or higher
· 10+ years of progressive HR experience with labor laws and adminsitraion.
· Independently and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
· Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
· Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and take on new tasks with a high level of difficulty.
· The individual will be expected to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his / her work product. This role will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.
