Role Overview: The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products and services. This role involves leading marketing initiatives and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals. As a key player in our organization, the Marketing Director will enhance our brands visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recording developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, managing vendors and creative content designers to drive campaigns that increase sales.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, direct mail, and social media.
• Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality, user experience and conversion rates.
• Oversee Social Media campaigns
• Implement and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and promotions.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management
• Ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and post even analysis.
• Help create and manage the Business Development Team’s marketing plan and budget.
• Develop and manage a program to attract companies to acquire.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Proven track record of managing outside marketing and graphic design firms.

Education & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Demonstrated experience in the security, home entertainment, or home automation industry is advantageous.
• Reliable, with a strong track record of success and a solid attendance record.
