- Create and expand ARCO’s footprint in the Mission Critical, Data Center, and Power Based Building spaces, including but not limited to developing and executing the Mission Critical sales plan, attending trade shows, and coordinating and managing the proposal process
- Provide a comprehensive understanding of how Mission Critical environments are designed, constructed, and operated
- Oversee construction of Mission Critical facilities from concept design to completion
- Assist with SPOF analysis, constructability, and commissioning on projects, as needed
- Understand and identify potential risks associated with the construction of Mission Critical facilities
- Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence market activity within the Mission Critical space
- Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities, industry trends, and competitors, as well as other key indicators to the ARCO management team
- Develop new and innovative solutions to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency for Mission Critical end users
- Travel as needed, up to 40%
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- 5-10 years' technical sales and facility design experience within the Mission Critical industry
- CMCO, CMCP or DCD advanced certifications preferred
