Rolling Hills is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing for our skilled Nursing Facility.At Rolling Hills you will have the opportunity to work on your goals, your staff's goals, and your residents' goals...If you come together as a team in your goals, you'll not only be able to keep each other accountable for reaching them, but you can encourage each other to do better as well.Qualifications of Director of Nursing:Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.Valid State licensure as an RNFamiliar with state & federal regulations.Must hold and maintain a current CPR certificationThree (3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term careMust be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information.Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with residents, families, and other employees at all levels.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have an RN License in OH
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in nurse management
