Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing department, ensuring quality and compliance with standards of care.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote patient care excellence and operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to residents.
4. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices.
5. Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, and retention efforts to ensure proper staffing levels.
6. Monitor and audit clinical performance, ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations.
7. Lead performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
8. Serve as a key resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and resolving clinical or administrative issues.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or Compact state.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
3. Strong organizational and clinical management skills.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
5. Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving clinical outcomes.
6. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and upholding ethical nursing practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: $115,500/year, commensurate with experience
