Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations across Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Coordinate external care services (home health, hospice, rehab).
• Implement quality improvement plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
  
  

What We’re Looking For in a Director of Nursing :

• Active RN license in Wisconsin and CPR certification.
• 2+ years of nursing management experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance administrative and clinical duties with empathy and teamwork.
