Director of Nursing – LTC
My client is looking for a someone who loves their work and truly seeks to build a strong team of care givers and a community for the residents. The Director of Nursing sets the standards and the energy level for all the caregivers. We are looking for some who leads by example because they want to set the standards for all Long Term Care facilities.

Director of Nursing Qualifications – Requirements to apply
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care nursing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of LTC regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and quality improvement.
Director of Nursing Responsibilities – What will be asked of you
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met and their health and well-being are maintained.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain a highly skilled and motivated team.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the quality of care provided to residents.
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the nursing department budget effectively.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with residents, families, and staff members.
