Director of Online Marketing/User Experience - ( STA015346 ) Director of Online Marketing/User Experience Organization: H0293 Web & Digital MarketingDescriptionResponsible for the overall growth and defining key business measures and objectives for the university's websites and online marketing. Develop long-term strategic goals for online marketing and communications and provides oversight of the digital user experience.
EEO/AA QualificationsBachelors and 5 years experience Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job-related experience and a strong track record for leading cross-functional teams. Notes to Applicant : This position will be dedicated to the Division of UH Energy and Innovation. Energy of Higher Ed experience is not required but is preferred. Department is willing to accept experience in lieu of education. This position may be eligible for Alternative Workplace Arrangements (AWA) after an initial training period.
