Spring EQ is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing - Acquisition to join our rapidly growing team to help ideate, develop, launch and optimize omnichannel CRM campaigns. This position will be an active member of the Marketing team at Spring EQ.
Responsibilities:- Managing the implementation of new campaigns for Spring EQ partners
- Perform in-depth analysis of channel conversation and ROI, making and implementing recommendation for improvement
- Manage 3rd party marketing partnerships to drive leads and conversion objectives
- Develop and own long-term customer acquisition strategy and performance
- Launching new partner-associated campaign strategy
- Maintaining ongoing marketing partner relationships
- Using a data-driven approach to buy leads for a consumer direct business
- Analysis of unit economics for each partner relationship
- Measuring and adjusting the campaign strategy for each partner to drive efficient cost per acquisition and sales volume goals
- Collaborating with team to launch and optimize omnichannel campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Required or equivalent marketing experience
- Experience and strong skillset in marketing analytics and decision making
- Hubspot mastery is a plus, experience with a CMS and automation tools is essential
- Experience working with Tableau a plus
- Experience identifying, optimizing, and managing multiple lead sources and aggregators
- Proven experience in managing a marketing partner relationship in a B2C environment
- Experience developing, launching and optimizing content marketing campaigns a plus
- High proficiency in Excel and data-driven conclusions
- Demonstrated ability in managing partners and associated campaigns to cost per acquisition and volume goals
- Comfort in creating or analyzing economics to support a negotiation
- Collaborative and able to partner with team members across the marketing group and company
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage time
- The ideal candidate will be well organized
