Qualifications:

• 10+ years of business development experience
• High School Diploma or greater
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to build a new division from the ground up
• Relationship building with new and existing customers
• Desire to be in the field as well as the office
• Ability to grow a staff of skilled technicians
• Must have strong skillset of forecasting, team building and mentoring
• Strong understanding of Plumbing functions
• Excellent work ethic is a must!
• Strong analytical and logic skills 
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
