Director of Preconstruction

The Director of Preconstruction is responsible for overseeing all preconstruction activities, from project conception through to construction handoff.

Experienced with:

• Managing the estimating, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and bidding processes, while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the preconstruction team, including estimators, project managers, and coordinators.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed estimates, including conceptual, schematic, and design development stages.
• 8-10+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management, preferably in general contracting or construction management.
• Proven experience managing large and complex commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
