Overview: HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a dedicated Rehab Director for our beautiful Retirement Community.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage rehabilitation services.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and mentor therapy staff.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.

Qualifications:

Illinois Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Previous management experience in a similar setting preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Passion for improving residents' quality of life.
