Position Overview: As Director of Sales, you'll lead all sales efforts, including hotel accommodations, event space, and catering services. You'll develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue, manage client relationships, and oversee a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agents.
• Drive revenue through hotel accommodations, meetings, banquets, and food & beverage services.
• Lead, train, and manage a sales team, fostering collaboration and success.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote hotel services.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales strategies.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
