Responsibilities of a Director of Social Services include:

• Develop and implement social services programs tailored to meet the needs of residents.
• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of social workers and support staff.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing social services in healthcare settings.
• Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and support residents and their families.
