RESPONSIBILITIES:
- works closely with executive leadership to drive growth
- increase operational efficiency
- foster a culture of innovation within the organizationKey roles / Deliverables:
- establish our solution and market expansion strategy and framework, outreach and customer base expansion plan
- develop innovative processes and plans to better penetrate new markets across all our verticals and drive execution of those plans
- optimize internal training and processes for client impact
- participate in proposal and capture activities
- general senior staff support for corporate activities and client delivery
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years+ of experience in strategic planning, project management, or a related role.
