Oversees management of complex wound patients across geographic area(s). Guides the wound care activities of assigned wound SMEs including WTAs and other wound care certified clinicians. Ensures the provision of services consistent with government laws/regulations, business policies/care guidelines/clinical standards. Collaborates to develop annual clinical education .
+ Assist with development and implementation of Best Practices related to wound and ostomy care, patient care supplies and guidance with clinical care delivery including patient education.
+ Works as an integral part of the leadership team to monitor and improve the quality of patient care
+ Assist with ongoing clinical practice standards and evidence-based best practices.
+ Collaborates with Leadership to ensure evidence-based practices, outcomes, and clinical policies and practices are maintained specifically for patients with wound and ostomy care needs.
+ Interface seamlessly with Region, Area, Market and Local Clinical Quality, Operations and Sales teams to ensure timely information flow, facilitate knowledge sharing, education and quality improvement activities and business development.
+ Collects and analyzes data related to Clinical Quality Outcomes including wound related measures, Advanced Wound Supply Costs. And formulary compliance. Provides monthly and quarterly reporting.
+ Serve as Tier 2 Escalation in Wound Escalation Process utilizing wound and ostomy digital imaging for collaboration with clinicians. Discuss recommendations of best practice interventions based on review findings with the direct care clinicians.
+ Provides education and training on Digital Wound Management documentation system for clinician end-users and Clinical Managers/leadership including Dashboard workflow, documentation requirements and processes.
+ Participate in Wound Treatment Associate (WTA®) Program as Course Coordinator for enrollees. Serves as a mentor and advisor to WTA graduates.
+ Collaborates with and supports Sales and Business Development teams to drive business growth.
+ Participates in special projects as needed.
The Home Health Clinic Operations Strategy Lead collaborates concurrently with training, human resources, clinical staff and finance. Secures needed resources, and establishes/verifies key performance indicators to ensure readiness. Leads the transition to ongoing operational processes. Advises executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Current Registered Nurse Licensure within at least one State. Compact/multi state license preferred
+ Requires Active Wound Care Certification accredited by a National Board by the Wound Continence Certification Board (WOCNCB), or National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy
+ 3 or more years Home Health experience
+ 8 or more years of technical experience
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Prior experience with delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
+ Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes
+ Microsoft Office proficiency — able to write queries, create forms, reports presentations, and documents in Word, Power Point, Access and Excel
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Digital Wound Management Systems
Active Ostomy Certification preferred.
Project leadership experience
Project Management or Six Sigma certification

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
