Sentara RMH is a 238-bed, non-profit community hospital delivering advanced medical care to a seven-county service area with a population close to 225,000.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Hybrid model split between 1:3 supervision and sitting own cases.
• 1:15 first call with post call days always off.
• Daily Board Runner to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, chart review and OB.
• Daily Float CRNA available for anesthesia emergencies, breaks, and lunch breaks.
