About the Job
Role: Discovery Analyst
Job Description: Looking to hire a Discovery Analyst with minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in similar functional roles. Analyst will be working in a fast-paced integrated eligibility project capturing user stories during the discovery phase. An eligible candidate must have the following skill sets:
" Experience working in an Agile development environment
" Experience working as a business analyst eliciting requirements from various business stakeholders
" Collaborate with product owners, business users and technical teams as part of creating the user stories
" Ability to facilitate and drive meetings with various stakeholders, define agendas, capture minutes and track action items for completion
" Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation and capture as-is and to-be functionality of the new enhancements.
" Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical teams.
" Excellent documentation skills in developing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
" Ability to create wireframe mockups
" Ability to create flow chart diagrams
" Experience with using application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, JAMA, etc.
" Understanding of data bases and able to write basic SQL queries for data analysis
" Prior Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) or any other Case Management System experience is a plus
" Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills
" Ability to work independently or with others in a team environment.
