Responsibilities:

• Ensure all tableware, glassware, chinaware, and cooking utensils are sanitary and clean.
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment and properly wash and sort soiled dishes.
• Prep foods as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Set up and maintain dish stations for efficient workflow.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Team player with good communication skills.
