Job Details
- Schedules deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
- Records missed and/or re-delivery problems.
- Submits completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
- Completes records for contractor settlement.
- Communicates professionally with all internal and external contacts
- Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
- Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
- May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight
- Answers incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintains accuracy of ticket management system.
- Prints accurate pick lists.
- Completes other projects and special assignments as requested by manager and/or Senior Management.
- Works varying hours to support the needs of the business.
- Upholds Mattress Firm Brand Standards in the office and workspace so it creates a welcoming first impression for customers.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ Years Related Experience required And
- Microsoft Office Products
- POS system
- Basic knowledge of city and outlying areas
- General warehouse operations
- Knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection
- Sitting frequently
- Standing frequently
- Walking frequently
- Talking frequently
- Hearing frequently
- Usage of hands and fingers
- Reaching with hands and arms
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
- Sight is required to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Pay Range:
