- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance and profitability across all locations
- Monitor and manage P&L statements for each location, ensuring financial targets are met
- Lead and mentor Store Managers, providing guidance on staff management, training, and development
- Conduct regular site visits to assess store performance, cleanliness, and customer service standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures consistently across all locations
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to set and achieve overall business goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in multi-unit food management (required)
- Proven track record of driving sales and managing operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide Store Managers
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive business growth
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); advanced education in business management or related field is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License (required) and willingness to travel between locations
