In this vital role, you'll navigate our team to new heights by:
- Taking the Wheel: Provide direct supervision and guidance to our skilled driver workforce, ensuring on-time service excellence.
- Championing Compliance: Enforce DOT regulations, C-TPAT compliance, and company policies with a firm yet fair approach.
- Training for Excellence: Conduct comprehensive driver training programs to uphold operational proficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Monitoring Performance: Administer driver evaluations, ride-alongs, and behavioral observations to identify areas for coaching and development.
- Ensuring Safety First: Assist in investigating incidents, injuries, and accidents, coordinating with the Safety team for rigorous compliance.
- Driving Retention: Collaborate with HR and leadership to implement initiatives that boost driver satisfaction and retention.
- Leading by Example: Embody our core values of professionalism, quality, customer satisfaction, and ethical conduct.

Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field (or an Associate's degree with relevant experience)
- Demonstrated minimum of 3-5 years in management and 5 years in transportation
- Proficiency in at least two areas, including dispatch, fleet maintenance, CDL driving, and/or transportation safety
- Proficient in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting tools
- Strong multitasking abilities, excelling in fast-paced environments
- Exemplary organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Hold a valid Class A CDL and meet eligibility requirements for company vehicle insurance
