Document Control Specialist - Finish Line Staffing Services

Our client, a leader in the electronics field, has an immediate opening for a Document Control Specialist. This role involves creating and managing documentation to support production processes, including visual aids, travelers, and routers.Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Understand and apply electronic component terminology in the creation and management of documents
• Develop and maintain visual aids to enhance production processes and support team members
• Create, update, and manage travelers, routers, and other documentation required for manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information necessary for document creation and control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding document control
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of KwikTic software to improve documentation processes and efficiency
• Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and information as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in document control or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with electronic components and ability to read BOMs
• Experience with visual aids and creating manufacturing documentation (travelers, routers, etc.)
• Knowledge of KwikTic software is a plus; a willingness to learn is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
