Job Description
AECOM is looking for an experienced Administrator to be a Document Control Supervisor. This unique role will work with environmental consulting teams, third-party property owners and tenants, and client claims and legal specialists. This role will act as the primary point of contact to for implementing and tracking site access agreements (SAA). The ideal candidate for this position will display good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and work cooperatively with others.
Responsibilities include:
+ Resolve any and all access needs and problems and implement SAA requirements.
+ Send the SAAs, monitor and track progress on open SAA negotiations and maintain a register of all SAA activities.
+ Assist with document execution and loading documents into the relevant electronic systems.
+ Provide appropriate notices of work to third-party property owners or third-party property tenants.
Supervisor Activities will include:
+ Assigns and reviews office activities, circumvents and resolves problem areas, coordinates and performs project personnel administration activities, and interfaces with clients, vendors, and the public.
+ Supervises two or more employees.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required.
+ Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
+ 8 years of experience in environmental consulting
+ Experience working for clients in the oil and gas market sector
+ Expert in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Additional Information
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00.
