GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Perform a variety of administrative, clerical and document control tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Extreme detail orientation is needed to:
- Execute electronic changes to controlled documents after revision requests are received. Copy revised documents for distribution to applicable departments
- Transporting documents between locations to route for approval signatures and for distribution
- General proof-reading, editing, copying and filing as needed
- Manage the Master File cabinets, insertion of approved documents or removal of obsolete/inactive documents
- Create and perform data entry to document processing systems, excel spreadsheets, forms and templates
- Management of archived docuements and control
- Policy adherance, SOPS, cGMPS, Work Instructions and supervisory directs are critical.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years administrative and documentation work experience
- Pharmceutical industry background preferred
- Advanced proficency in MS Office
- Ability to type 45 words per minute
