This role will be 25-30 hours per week, with the potential to become full-time, 40 hours down the road.
We are looking for an administrative position that can help us with document management, document tracking, and general administrative support for regular, ongoing client notifications. We are thinking this person may come out of a compliance or legal area. Specific tasks would include:
· Store, manage and track company documents
· Working in conjunction with the senior technical staff, update various documents based on technical or regulatory changes
· Maintain and update tracking logs to ensure clients have been sent and received required disclosures and documentation
· Working with senior technical staff, develop and maintain project-related documents such as meeting minutes as well as tracking project tasks
· Must be self-directed, able to work independently, and detail oriented
· Excellent MS Word skills are required. Experience with MS Excel is highly preferable.
