Seeking a Documentation Engineer with Water Filtration and Municipal Project Experience for a Direct Hire Opportunity with our Client, a Water Filtration Industry leader in New Jersey.

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year (based on experience)
In this role, you will be responsible for managing detailed documentation and submittals for municipal water filtration projects, working closely with engineers and project management to ensure compliance with government standards.
Responsibilities:
Create and compile detailed submittal documents, including hydraulic schematics, technical bulletins, and exploded-view diagrams for municipal projects.
Prepare and organize Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to produce accurate project drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and Inventor software.
Ensure documentation meets municipal and government standards for proposals and approvals.
Assist with data entry and maintain project information within the corporate database.
Attend conference calls and client meetings to support project planning and execution.
Manage version control and updates to existing documentation for ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, project engineering, or municipal project environments.
Preferred background in water treatment or filtration systems.
Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD and Inventor required).
Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and manage complex documentation.
Positive and professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
