Overview
The Product Manager – Draw Games will work directly with the Senior Director of Marketing to ensure flawless execution of all Draw Game plans and initiatives designed to deliver annual sales goals for each game.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Senior Director of Marketing and Draw Game specialists at IGT to develop annual product and promotion plans for all Draw Games (including new Draw Games) to achieve annual sales goals and maintain a robust portfolio of Lottery Draw Game products that meet the gaming needs of NJ Lottery players.
• Research Draw Game product and promotional ideas, develop and coordinate annual launch schedules, manage all production stages of the launch process and analyze the game performance throughout the product/promotion lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and activities associated with new Draw Game products, enhancements to existing products and terminal and 2nd chance promotions (i.e. operations, security, accounting activities).
• Assist with the development and routing of game and promotion rules.
• Develop and manage product resource documents, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate any second chance Draw Game promotions associated with the Collect ‘N Win mobile app and with managing relationships with the third-party app vendor.
• Develop and present product and promotion review presentations for internal staff.
• Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop relevant product content and claims statements for advertising agency product briefings, internal communications and other necessary education associated with all Draw Game products and promotions.
• Analyze Draw Game performance by working with Analytics specialists to track sales compared to historical data. Create reports and communicate findings to management.
• Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop product details and copy for annual Business Plan.
• Review and approve point-of-sale and digital assets in relation to specific Draw Game launches and promotions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Preference for prior experience managing development of new lottery or gaming products and promotions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently yet thrive in a team environment including the ability to motivate and lead cross functional teams without direct line responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines is critical.

_At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $48,103 - $93,716. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable._
_Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
