Bunzl North America is seeking a highly detailed professional to join our team as a Gleet Safety Technology Coordinator. This role will serve as the SME for the Driver Safety Information and Operational Systems including, but not limited to Roadnet, Omnitracs, Samsara software and hardware associated with these systems. Reporting to the EHS Driving Safety Manager, Corporate EHS division. The Driving Safety Technology Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring driving safety behaviors and regulatory compliance through the implementation of Safety driving hardware and software. The Driving Safety Technology Coordinator is responsible for the administrative operation of programs and processes supporting driver safety systems and works to optimize the operational effectiveness of all safety technologies.
Remote - Must have ability to travel to the corporate office in St. Louis as needed and quarterly for up to 3 days for site visits.

Responsibilities:
+ Source of knowledge concerning all Federal, State and local rules and regulations pertaining to Department of Transportation Operations in a transportation/distribution environment.
+ Maintain and continuously improve the enterprise-wide Fleet Information and Operational Systems
+ Assigning all equipment to include, but not limited to driver tablets, vehicle cameras etc.
+ Working with data management to troubleshoot and resolve issues with driver tablets, cameras, etc.
+ Manage all test user groups – i.e. sandbox; updates; test groups; push out new software.
+ Facilitate all updates for APK files.
+ Ensure each unit is outfitted appropriately and working with all systems seamlessly.
+ Assist site managers with Set-up locations and depots.
+ Guides site managers in re-routes, and trains site managers in dynamic routing.
+ Handle other assigned responsibilities, which may include fleet and safety-related program management, such as MVR and DOT Compliance.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field or equivalent experience preferred
+ 1-3 or more years of experience in dash cam monitoring, safety software applications, compliance, and safety within the utility, or transportation industries is preferred.
+ Experience in maintaining and administering DOT Driver Qualification files is a plus.
+ Clear understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
+ Proficiency in Safety databases, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Video Conferencing, Power BI, telematics software, etc.
+ Expertise within a distribution logistics environment is a plus.
+ Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI software preferred.
+ Knowledge of SA360 strongly preferred.
+ Experience interfacing with various levels of employees and management as well as with outside agencies.
+ Ability to build rapport and influence without direct authority.
+ Systematic thinking/strong diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to exercise discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Must be able to relate to individuals at all levels, be sensitive to corporate needs, and local needs.
+ Understanding of safety issues and the functioning of a safety team.
Salary range: $60-80K plus bonus.
