Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Architect to define and drive the technical design of our Dynamics 365 F&O deployment. The Dynamics 365 Architect will collaborate with Functional resources to oversee the technical design of business practices that are secure, stable, efficient, and scalable. They will have a deep knowledge of the system and plugins, and work with Functional resources to understand our evolving business needs, including those from mergers and acquisitions. Constant modernization and development of our platform are required as we frequently acquire new companies. In your role as Dynamics 365 Technical Architect, you will shape and implement efficient applications of the capabilities of D365 F&O to diverse needs across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement a technical strategy supporting the business use of D365 F&O.
- Comprehend and consider business requirements across the company when designing technical solutions.
- Comprehend changing business requirements due to M&A, compliance requirements, and new business and provide technical guidance for the best D365 F&O solution.
- Support the effective execution of D365 development and configuration changes.
- Partner with the J.S. Held Enterprise Architecture and the Director of D365 Architecture to have a clear and viable story to support and optimize the system.
- Partner with others to provide clear descriptions of how the system functions and the roadmap for an executive and leadership audience especially.
- Find pathways to ensure maximum leverage of D365 native functionality.
- Professional level English fluency and excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and supporting D365 F&O on a global scale.
- Proven understanding of global data privacy laws.
- Technical knowledge must include SQL, Azure SQL, Microsoft’s Common Data Service, data components of Office 365, and Power BI.
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver 360-degree solutions.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and lead initiatives independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- MB-700 Certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience with the ISV ecosystem of D365F&O is strongly preferred.
- Experience with the Power Platform is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI is strongly preferred.
- Data experience in the B2B space is a significant advantage.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
