E-Commerce Sales Analyst and Content Manager - K&N Engineering

Are you ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role at the helm of K&N brand's online success? As the E-Commerce Sales and Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating strategic initiatives for K&N brands across various online channels. Your multifaceted responsibilities will encompass key account management, data analysis, and catalog maintenance to optimize our presence and drive growth across crucial retail partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Digital Presentation and Catalog Maintenance: Take charge of executing the digital presentation of K&N brands on Amazon, Lowes.com and other E-Commerce sites. Ensure consistency of K&N brands/product pages across different online platforms.
- Sales Plans and Programs: Develop and implement sales plans and programs to achieve the company's annual sales objectives. Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement the 12-month marketing calendar and special marketing initiatives.
- Key Account Management: Forge and nurture strong relationships with key automotive internet resellers, including Summit Racing, JEGS, Turn 5 and others. Serve as the main point of contact, addressing their needs and exploring opportunities to enhance partnerships for mutual success.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Procure, update, catalog and analyze product information, imagery and digital content for all Internet Reseller Accounts. Utilize data to understand and manage the E-Commerce channel effectively. Analyze site metrics, customer feedback, and other data to identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.
- Coordination and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, including Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain, to ensure deadlines are met for digital needs and to deliver on the objectives outlined in the Annual Sales Targets.
Experience, Skills & Education:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and E-Commerce management, preferably in the automotive space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.).
- Strong data management skills and comfort working with large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written).
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms like Amazon Vendor Central is preferred.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Sales.
- Marketshare data provider experience is preferred. (Stackline, Edge, CommerceIQ, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a remote team setting.
