E-commerce Planner at Atrium

They are seeking an experiences E-commerce Planner to develop and execute merchandise planning strategies that drive sales and profitability within their e-commerce platform.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100,000 – $115,000

Position Overview:

This E-commerce Planner role will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze sales data, and manage inventory to ensure that products are available when and where they are needed, ultimately optimizing the online shopping experience for customers. The E-commerce Planner partner with retail merchants to enhance site content and improve visibility using key search terms and product pinning strategies.

Responsibilities of the E-commerce Planner:

• Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze e-commerce sales trends and data to identify patterns and growth opportunities
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts
• Implement effective inventory allocation strategies across multiple sales channels and locations
• Develop seasonal merchandise plans with a focus on peak sales periods, holidays, and promotional events
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial plans for e-commerce initiatives
• Monitor financial performance against targets, providing recommendations for improvement
• Utilize e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems to track product performance and make data-driven decisions
• Lead the planning and execution of future season buys and merchandise strategies (style, color, size)
• Optimize product item pages for SEO to improve search rankings and site visibility
• Regularly monitor product availability and collaborate with customer service to address any stock issues

Qualifications for the E-commerce Planner:

• 5+ years of e-commerce experience (experience with Walmart or children’s apparel is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both retailers and senior leadership
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, product development, and store planning
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to inform merchandising decisions
• Experience developing product assortments based on market trends and sales performance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve complex problems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF) and PowerPoint
• Strong retail math skills, including margin, turn, and return on investment calculations
