PrimeCare Medical, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. This role involves overseeing online product listings, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms, developing strategies to boost online sales, and analyzing trends to improve the performance of our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
• Analyze e-commerce performance data and report on key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
• Monitor and troubleshoot website functionality, addressing any issues that could impact sales or customer experience.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online store’s performance.
• Handle inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment in coordination with relevant departments.
• Manage customer feedback and reviews to improve service and product offerings.
• Ensure that all e-commerce activities comply with relevant regulations, data privacy, and security standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role, ideally within a healthcare or medical services industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and online marketing tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies to drive traffic and improve conversions.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Experience with inventory management, payment gateways, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
