Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble electro-mechanical and fluidic systems according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test Methods (TMs), protocols, or Engineering Requests to support Operations, R&D, and the Quality Department. Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Complete assembly of consoles from start to finish.
Build all sub-assemblies, including the base and top, and conduct functional testing.
Handle product processing, which involves preparing raw materials and manufacturing finished goods.
This may include assembling electrical and electronic components, mechanical parts, fluidic systems, as well as inspection, packaging, labeling, parts preparation, cleaning, and assembly.
Test equipment and products during processing and after completion.
Operate microscopes and other analytical instruments.
Use clean room, laboratory, and manufacturing equipment, along with specialized tools and fixtures.
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure quality and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Complete necessary paperwork to uphold thorough record-keeping.
Collaborate with personnel in manufacturing and other internal departments.
Follow relevant GMP and ISO regulations.
Work independently while also being a cooperative team member.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma required, with a preference for 2-4+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing or electronics assembly in a clean-room environment.
Familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations is essential.
Proficient in reading and writing English, including the ability to understand work instructions, technical drawings (such as schematics), specifications, and forms.
Competent in using lab equipment and basic hand tools, including microscopes, ovens, DI water systems, sealers, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
Physical Requirements
