The Electric Power Generation (EPG) Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the power generation sales team and maintaining quality relationships with Mustang Cat's customers

EPG Inside Sales Responsibilities Include:
Learn about customers' business needs and develop customer-driven solutions utilizing Mustang Cat’s unique abilities to serve them
Establish and maintain profitable relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users within Mustang's territory
Provide sales support by assisting with the creation of quotes, processing sales orders, and reviewing contracts
Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships
Remain up-to-date on market trends
EPG Inside Sales Position Requirements:
College coursework completion in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or any other applicable field -- Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements
Exceptional customer service skills
Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
Possess ardent desire to win
An outgoing personality combined with good work ethic
Strongly preferred experience:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Understanding of engine principles, including electric power knowledge and power distribution experience
Knowledge of Caterpillar EPG equipment offerings
Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more
