Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room Job Specialty: Emergency Room Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Relevant emergency room experience, current RN license, PALS, and TNCC certifications Job Description: - Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department - Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for a diverse patient population - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans - Demonstrate proficiency in emergency medical procedures and protocols - Maintain accurate and thorough patient records - Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills - Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care - Follow hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations
