Our Client is seeking an ERP Financial Systems Manager to lead their global Finance functional analyst teams across top platforms including SAP, Infor M3, and Oracle. This role is central to driving our Client's financial operations' transformation through strategic ERP implementations and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and maintain a multi-year ERP strategy that aligns with our corporate goals, including a detailed annual roadmap for deployments.
  
  
• Change Management: Champion comprehensive change management processes for ERP rollouts, ensuring high engagement and effective training across all stakeholder levels.
  
  
• Team Development: Manage and expand a robust team of functional analysts, optimizing resource allocation and skill sets across the regions.
  
  
• Architecture Oversight: Define and execute the architecture of ERP systems, integrating financial processes with other business operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
  
• Innovation and Transformation: Regularly assess and integrate new financial capabilities within ERPs to address evolving business challenges.
  
  
• Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor platform SLAs to ensure system stability and resilience, prioritizing necessary technical updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field. MBA is highly preferred.
  
  
• Experience: At least 10 years in ERP system support and delivery within the manufacturing sector. Must have led multiple full-lifecycle ERP implementations, specifically for finance functions.
  
  
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing medium to large teams, including remote and international groups.
  
  
• Skills: Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills, adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies advantageous.
  
  
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance operational processes and compliance regulations relevant to ERP systems.

responsibilities:

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

• Strategy & Roadmap: Develop a multi-year ERP strategy with input from relevant enterprise and segment finance stakeholders and maintain an annual launch roadmap that are aligned to ERP strategy, people goals and budget.
  
  
• Change Management: Ensure change management is fully integrated into ERP rollout strategy and cutover planning and that stakeholder engagement, communication, and all levels of required training is being effectively executed.
  
  
• Talent: Manage, lead and grow functional analyst talent ensuring that the team is right sized by region with the up-to-date skills & knowledge to operate platforms. Work with PMO to track and manage resource capacity and utilization within th
