Position Overview:
Atrium partners with a globally recognized biopharmaceutical client in the US. We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Early Talent Recruiter who is excited to grow their career with an evolving staffing and consulting firm to support our client’s hiring initiatives. As an Early Talent Recruiter, you will play a key part in bringing top talent into our client organization. This role will have an emphasis on recruitment matching designed to support an enterprise client account. Acting as an extension of the Client Talent Acquisition team, the Early Talent Recruiter will work closely with Client Sponsor and Client Hiring Managers to successfully match applicants to positions in alignment with Client goals and initiatives. The role consists of 75% recruitment/requisition management and 25% account administration.
Responsibilities of the Early Talent Recruiter:
- Support an Early Talent Recruitment Program at an enterprise client account. Act as an Atrium Early Talent Recruiter as part of a client services delivery Atrium team.
- Develop strong, cross-functional Atrium and client relationships; maintain communication with managers and candidates.
- Work on the client network including ATS, internal client email, MS Teams, or another relevant internal client communication tool.
- Conduct thorough intake calls with managers to ascertain specific soft skills and key indicators for success to ensure appropriate candidates are identified and presented for consideration.
- Operate client ATS and match qualified candidates against requisitions; ensure that a diverse panel of candidates is presented to hiring managers.
- Create requirements on behalf of hiring managers in the VMS tool to initiate the Purchase Order process.
- Monitor the site to confirm active Purchase Orders.
- Assist with onboarding including gathering information from managers and providing details/offers to contractors.
- Responsible for tracking the status of pre-employment testing (drug screen, background check, etc.) before the contractor’s start date.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the selection process and onboarding of candidates.
- Provide start date, pay rates, and timesheet entry information to new contractors.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on the use of Beeline, Ariba, and the provisioning process.
- Send out weekly timecard reminder emails to managers.
- Responsible for purchase order maintenance activities utilizing Beeline.
- Explain benefits and maintain all employment records.
- Respond to inquiries from hiring managers and candidates promptly.
- Maintain shared trackers via Excel/Google Sheets/SharePoint with up-to-date information related to open requisitions.
- Coordinate interviews between managers and candidates, providing all necessary contact information and preparation materials.
- Facilitate offer letters for selected candidates; ensure candidates execute and return.
- Facilitate candidate onboarding activities, including required pre-employment screenings, space planning, and provisioning coordination.
- Model the highest levels of professionalism and deliver ‘white glove’ service to support clients and candidates.
- Promote program adoption, compliance, communications, onboarding, and other operations.
- Respond to manager and candidate inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
- Proactively diagnose/resolve escalated client concerns promptly, together with leadership as needed.
- Attend regular status meetings with both the internal Atrium team and clients to drive Program goals and requirements.
- Other projects and tasks as directed by your manager.
Qualifications for the Early Talent Recruiter:
- Experience: 2+ years of progressively responsible work experience in a recruiting setting. Early Talent Recruitment is a plus!
- Communication: can clearly explain how to complete onboarding tasks.
- Empathy: understand how difficult the recruitment/onboarding process can be step into the Associates’ shoes and show you care.
- Curiosity: understand the client/candidates with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping.
