About the Role
The belif Skincare Education Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth and surpassing last year’s figures for the NY, NY region. You will report directly to the National Field Manager.
This is a field-based role, so there is no specific office location.
You will be traveling throughout the territory to visit various retailers.
Candidates will be eligible for one-way mileage reimbursement (from home to store) and parking for store visits.
A reliable car is also required for this position.
Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and drive sales across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's locations within your designated territory.
Provide comprehensive product education and selling techniques to staff at Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's through regular store visits.
Build strong, lasting relationships with leadership and associates at Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's, as well as account executives and staff from competing brands, to assess and enhance sales performance.
Stay informed about trends within each business segment and key drivers affecting performance in the Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's landscape.
Leverage connections to expand the belif brand presence, whether through additional retail partnerships, data acquisition, or a broader client base.
Develop and grow client bases within core belif locations to boost sales.
Coach store associates on their responsibilities to enhance sales performance.
Train associates to improve productivity by developing their selling and customer service skills, and by organizing events and product demonstrations.
Prepare materials for events and promotional programs to maximize sales impact.
Manage daily, monthly, and seasonal tracking of retail performance in your territory, ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely.
