Shiminly.com is an innovative online education platform that connects international teachers with students for virtual classes. We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to help manage and support our growing team of international teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule virtual classes for international teachers, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
• Identify, vet, and interview potential teachers for virtual classes.
• Keep accurate records of teachers’ working hours.
• Collect and process invoices from teachers, ensuring timely payments.
• Manage and update teacher information in our internal systems.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience with scheduling and calendar management.
• Basic understanding of timekeeping and invoicing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, especially for working across cultures and time zones.
• Experience in recruitment and interviewing is a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or similar platforms.
