The Electrical Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of industrial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Pay & Benefits:
- $40+ Per Hour (Based on Experience)
- $150 Per Diem (7 days per weeks paid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly and effectively.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any client concerns or changes in scope.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, invoices, and change orders as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Heavy Commercial/Industrial Construction on the Electrical side primarily.
- Proven experience in construction management, specifically in building shell and process installation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are a plus.
